Steps to secure your Exhibit Space

1. Review the floor plan online.

2. Print off and complete an Exhibitor contract.
   
   
3. Contact the appropriate Account Representative to double-check booth location availability:

4. Return the contract to CTIA via fax at (202) 736-3686.
   
   All contracts received prior to August 7, 2009 require a 50% deposit.  Please complete the credit card information on the contract, or mail in a company check within 10 days of contract submission. Contracts that do not have payments after 10 days will not be processed and the booth location will be returned to the available booth inventory.

You will receive a confirmation email from your account representative regarding receipt of the contract.
