Meeting Rooms
Many exhibiting companies hold meetings in conjunction with the International CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2009 event. Located in the convention center, these meeting rooms will give you a quiet place to meet and greet potential new clients. The meeting rooms are limited and go fast. Secure your room while they're still available! Steps to securing a Meeting Room - Review the information below.
Modular Meeting Room Information - Modular Meeting rooms are available at the San Diego Convention Center at an additional rental cost and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors and Sponsors are given FIRST priority for meeting rooms.
- A meeting room allows you the space and privacy you need to hold small meetings with clients, prospective customers, investors and partners. Any public or large group product demonstrations, presentations or classes must be held within exhibition space. Any company utilizing meeting room space for such type activities will be subject to immediate closure with no refunds.
Room Details - Location: Meeting rooms are located in Hall H of the San Diego Convention Center.
- Walls: Modular rooms are constructed on-site and do not have ceilings. The rooms are made with MIS panels, which are fabric covered hard-walls.
- Size: Most modular rooms range from 100 sq. ft. (10’x10’) to 400 sq. ft. (20’ x 20’). Additional, custom sizes can usually be accommodated – contact your sales representative today.
- Includes: carpeting and a company identification sign - ALL OTHER Services, such as: furniture, Internet, telephone, electrical, catering, etc., must be ordered and paid for by you.
- Cost: Meeting room cost is for the duration of the show. Payment is due when room is confirmed and invoiced. Access to the meeting rooms will not be granted on-site if there is an outstanding balance.
- Hours: Meeting Room hours are the same as the Exhibit Floor hours. With an Exhibitor Badge you may access the meeting rooms from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. With an Exhibits Pass you may access the meeting rooms while the show floor is open.

All contracts received prior to August 7, 2009 require a 50% deposit. Please complete the credit card information on the contract, or mail in a company check within 10 days of contract submission. Contracts that do not have payments after 10 days will not be processed and the booth location will be returned to the available booth inventory. You will receive a confirmation email from your account representative regarding receipt of the contract.
